Duties Include:

The successful candidate will:
· Introduce the product feature to customers
· Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
· Develop, update and maintain prospects information database
· Conduct sales presentations to large and small groups as well as via
the web and phone.
· Keep sales team informed of activities, sales progress and matters
affecting performance
· To be involved in teamwork with support and pre-sale people in
developing new business opportunities
· Coordinate with the marketing department and development team in
creating plans to address needs found in the target market
· Maintain knowledge of competitive products and services
· Achieve sales objectives by selling defined Ezi products to existing
customers and prospects in GTA
· Achieve business retention objectives, specifically renewals and win-
back initiatives through servicing customers and reselling products
· Continue professional educational development to include product
knowledge and sales and organizational skills

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills
· Aggressive but not overbearing
· Must be able to engage customers and explain the features and
benefits of the service
· Provide feedback about customer interactions about the service
· Be able to answer questions regarding the product and service
